When will I receive the QR code?+
The QR code is delivered to your checkout email after payment is confirmed.
Should I install the eSIM before traveling?+
Yes. Install it using Wi-Fi before departure, then enable the eSIM data line and data roaming after landing at your destination.
Can I use hotspot or tethering?+
Hotspot availability depends on the destination network and selected plan. Product cards can show hotspot support when available.
What happens if my phone is not compatible?+
Please check device compatibility before purchase. If the eSIM cannot be installed because the device does not support eSIM, contact support for review.
